Coldplay frontman Chris Martin teams up with Simon Pegg for secret pub gig
An unusual pub sing-song had the locals rocking – and rolling on the floor with laughter.
Coldplay’s Chris Martin was a big hit at a secret charity gig organised by his comedy actor pal Simon Pegg.
Martin, 34, took to the mic on Wednesday night in Highgate, North London, to sing a new track before covering Oasis’ Wonderwall.
But the biggest cheers came when Hot Fuzz star Pegg, 41, jumped up with his harmonica for Coldplay song Green Eyes – from the album A Rush Of Blood To The Head. [Source]

Coldplay rocker Chris Martin got back at Liam Gallagher by doing a cover of Wonderwall at a recent gig.
Martin got back at Gallagher for calling him a ‘plant pot’ at an awards show six years ago.
He recently performed a charity gig at the Boogaloo pub in London and sung his new track Wedding Bells.
According to UK newspaper The Sun, he said: ‘This is a soppy song. I apologise but it’s what Coldplay is all about, and it has made me mill… very happy. Read full article.
